In this quote Abigail is saying to john that she knows that he didn't come to see if the stories were true about there being witchcraft in the town. She feels that John had come to see her, and still wanted her. But John didn't want anything to do with Abigail in that way ever since she and John Procter had their fling. John Procter had promised to be faithful to his wife and wasn't going to do those kind of things with Abigail or wasn't going to have anything to do her at all.  Abigail just cant except the fact that hes done with her.
